The Rio Tinto Bunder Project is an integrated modular Kimberlite bulk sampling plant with a nominal head feed capacity of 30 tons per hour. The bulk sample feed is done using a CAT 914G front end loader. It also caters for drill chip bag feed direct to the cone crusher feed hopper using an electric hoist.

Crushed, washed and sized material is fed to a 10 ton per hour Dense Media Separation (DMS) module. The DMS concentrate is then sized before transfer to the Ultrasort SW3 X-ray technology Final Recovery Module with grease table for 2nd pass rejects.
